1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged
• The product received is defective
• You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• Proof of purchase and product images/videos may be required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged books caused after delivery
• Books with torn pages, markings, or stains caused by the customer
• Discounted or clearance sale items
• Orders placed with incorrect address details provided by the customer

3. Return Process

To request a return:

3. Attach photos/videos if the item is damaged or incorrect
4. Our support team will review and respond within 2–5 business days

If approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by us

6. Cancellation Policy
